Terms of Service

These terms cover the Vyra Discord server, this website, and Vyra, our Discord bot (including paid Vyra access sold on Whop). By using any of them, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use them.

1. Not financial advice

Everything Vyra posts (calls, alerts, safety checks, recaps, scores) and everything shared in the server is for information and education only. It is not financial, investment or trading advice. Memecoins are extremely risky: most go to zero, and rugs happen. You make your own decisions and you are fully responsible for your own trades. Only trade what you can afford to lose. Past results never promise future results.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to trade crypto where you live. You must also follow Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

3. What Vyra does

Vyra is an automated bot. It finds tokens, runs checks on them, and posts calls and updates in Discord. It never holds your money, never asks for your wallet or seed phrase, and never trades for you. Staff will never DM you first. Anyone asking for your seed phrase or private key is a scammer.

Vyra uses outside data, and data can be late, wrong or missing. A safety check that shows 🟢 does not mean a coin is safe. We may change, pause or remove any feature at any time.

4. Paid access

Paid Vyra access is sold through Whop, and Whop handles all payments, renewals and cancellations. Whop's own terms apply to your purchase. Paid access gives you entry to the members-only channels in Discord for the time you paid for. Because access starts right away, payments are not refundable unless the law where you live says otherwise. You can cancel a renewing plan anytime in Whop and keep access until the period ends.

Don't share, resell or repost Vyra calls or alerts outside the server without permission. Doing so can get your access removed without a refund.

5. Your behavior

Don't scam, spam, shill, harass anyone, post malware or phishing links, impersonate staff, or try to break, overload or reverse engineer the bot. We can mute, kick or ban anyone who breaks these terms or the server rules, and remove paid access when that happens.

6. Partner servers

Vyra may also post in partner Discord servers. Those servers have their own owners and rules. We are not responsible for what happens there beyond Vyra's own posts.

7. No warranty, limited liability

Vyra and the server are provided "as is", without any warranty. It may be offline, late or wrong. To the fullest extent the law allows, Vyra and its owner are not liable for any trading losses or any other losses from using, or not being able to use, Vyra, the server or this website. If we are ever found liable, the most we owe you is what you paid us in the last 30 days.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using Vyra or the server after a change means you accept the new terms.
