Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data Vyra (our Discord bot), the Vyra Discord server and this website collect, why, and what you can do about it. Short version: we keep as little as we can, we never sell it, and we never ask for your wallet, seed phrase or payment details.

1. What Vyra collects

When you join the Vyra server: your Discord user ID, username, when your Discord account was created, when you joined, and which invite link you used (and who made it). We use this to give you your starter role, to pay our promoters fairly for real invites, and to catch fake accounts.
When you use the safety check channel: Vyra reads messages in that one channel only, to find the token address you pasted. We save the token address and the check result, not your message text.
When you use slash commands: Discord sends Vyra your user ID and the command so it can reply. We may keep short technical logs to fix bugs.
Public market data: token prices, public wallet trades and public posts on X about tokens. This is about coins, not about you as a member.

Vyra does not read messages in any other channel, and it does not collect anything from members of partner servers beyond what Discord sends when someone uses its buttons or commands.

2. Payments

Paid Vyra access is bought through Whop. Whop handles your payment details under its own privacy policy. We only see what Whop shows sellers (like which plan you have), never your full card details.

3. This website

The website uses Vercel Web Analytics to count page visits. It doesn't use cookies for this and doesn't track you across other sites. We don't run ads.

4. How we use and share it

We use this data only to run the server and Vyra: roles, invite rewards, safety checks and fixing problems. We don't sell or rent your data, and we don't share it with anyone except the services we need to run (our hosting provider, Discord and Whop), or when the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

Invite and join records are kept while they're needed for invite rewards and fraud checks. If you leave the server, your record may be kept for a while so fake invites can't be paid out, then deleted when no longer needed. Technical logs are kept only for a short time.

6. How it's protected

Data is stored in a private database on our hosting provider, and only the owner can access it. Secret keys are never shared or posted.

7. Your choices

You can ask to see or delete the data we hold about you by opening a ticket in the Vyra Discord. You can also leave the server or stop using Vyra at any time. Vyra is for adults (18+) only, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
